Flint Water Crisis

George and Kathy Shea heard Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha speak at the Plymouth Rotary on Tuesday. Dr. Mona explained how government at every level failed the people of Flint, the current state of the disaster, and how the victims can be

helped. “We don’t need any more bottled water,” she said. “We need to develop and implement programs to counteract the effects that lead ingestion will have on the children of Flint. We need better early childhood education, better nutrition, and greater access to infant and child behavioral health services.” Donations can be made to the Flint Child and Health Development Fund.
