If your child has been charged with a crime, we can provide you with juvenile criminal defense. We are experienced in juvenile matters and will strive to have charges mitigated or even dismissed. It is crucial that you have an attorney involved in your juvenile matter so that you are not taken advantage of. We will inform you of your rights so you can protect your family.

Have you been involved in a DUI/DWI car accident and need a DUI/DWI car accident attorney? Across the nation, the legal limit for Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is .08 percent. However, BAC limits are usually lower for minors, typically .02 percent. Penalties vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but one thing they all have in common is low tolerance for people involved in DUI/DWI car accidents.

In some states, penalties get stiffer the more you are over the legal limit. For example: Some states implement a penalty for being above .08 percent but the charge moves up one degree if your BAC is over .15 percent. Some states allow for similar convictions from other jurisdictions to be applied to your charge in that state so they may apply repeat offender charges and penalties.

If you are involved in a DUI or DWI car accident you will need an experienced and skilled DUI/DWI lawyer on your side! State and federal laws are designed to heavily prosecute and punish anyone caught of driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), or operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Don’t go it alone!
